Job Summary
As an Application Support Engineer, you will lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI/Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows. You will independently function as an SME, troubleshoot and resolve incidents across multiple components of critical business systems, perform proactive monitoring and maintenance, and document solutions to share knowledge with teammates. The role emphasizes aligning AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability and responsible use, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide timely updates on issue resolution. Core duties include developing enterprise-grade solutions, supporting incident management and service request fulfillment, contributing to best practices for application support, and driving continuous improvement through proactive engagement with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in service management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- 15 years full time education
