The role involves acting as an SME, independent work on incidents and service requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions, documenting findings and solutions for stakeholders, and guiding junior team members. Requires strong ServiceNow ITSM proficiency, incident/problem/change management capabilities, and the ability to analyze logs and performance metrics to diagnose problems.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise service management platforms
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose problems
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
