Job Summary
Application Support Engineer responsible for end-to-end Run operations in production environments with client accountability. Lead major incident management, coordinate diagnosis, remediation and recovery within ITSM Change windows, and apply observability-led operations across metrics, logs, traces, and events. Leverage GenAI and AIOps to reduce incidents, eliminate noise, and enable self-healing while driving measurable outcomes (MTTR reduction, ticket deflection, automation coverage). Proficient in enterprise observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus) and able to operate independently within governance frameworks to ensure service stability and SLA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 year(s) of experience in enterprise production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise observability/ops tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Experience with metrics, logs, traces, events; alerting strategies; noise reduction; event correlation
- Practical exposure to GenAI and AIOps in Run operations (incident reduction, RCA assistance, runbook/knowledge augmentation)
- Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver Run operations with client accountability
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools
- Based at Bengaluru office; 15 years full-time education required
- AI-first operating models at scale
- Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and governance frameworks
- Strong incident management and major incident coordination skills
- Ability to drive MTTR reduction and automation coverage
