Job Summary
Application Support Analyst responsibilities include writing and executing test scripts, performing technical and UAT tests on new features, logging and analyzing issues, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring proper follow-up. You will support Salesforce and Customer Hub processes within Sales and CRM, grow into a key figure for resolving business questions and bottlenecks, implement and maintain detailed procedures to maximize first-line support efficiency, and guide colleagues through implementations and improvements in the Salesforce and Hub environment. You will collaborate with training coordinators to keep training materials up-to-date, coach new users, and contribute to international rollout readiness. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French a plus; Salesforce knowledge is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French optional
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to coach and train users
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Independent worker and team player
- Process-oriented with strong administrative skills
