Job Summary
Application Support Analyst at Veolia BeLux focusing on Salesforce- and Customer Hub-processes within Sales and CRM. You will document and test new features, monitor deployments, optimize supporting applications, and coach users while aligning improvements with international rollout capabilities. Responsibilities include writing test scripts, conducting technical and UAT tests, monitoring feature rollouts, analyzing root causes, and developing procedures to maximize first-line support and user adoption. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, process orientation, and multilingual communication (Dutch/English; French a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Analytical and creative problem-solver
- Team player with independent work capability
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
