Job Summary
Troubleshoot user issues for Legal applications, lead enhancements from out-of-the-box to custom development, and complete configuration and customization activities to meet business requirements. Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, test changes to deliver solutions, and accurately document requirements for development resources. Identify root causes for recurring issues, recommend permanent fixes, and distinguish between break/fix incidents and enhancement requests while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Create training guides and conduct sessions for end users, and support ad-hoc data requests and BI reporting using SQL and relational databases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field
- 5-7 years of experience in an application support role
- Ability to quickly grasp applications purpose and understanding of its process
- Some combination of experience with Legal applications/processes (CounselLink preferably) and/or Construction industry knowledge
- General understanding of SQL and relational databases preferred and ability to navigate SQL Database for Adhoc data requests
- Knowledge of business operations; construction industry experience considered a plus
- Self-motivated individual who can find innovative ways to solve recurring problems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to decipher, and present technical information to a non-technical audience and its impact
- Strong interpersonal skills and perform high level customer service
- Thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment
- Some travel required
