Job Summary
Monitor the global commodities in-house platform, configure systems, and analyze and resolve production support technical and functional issues for pricing, risk management, market data sharing, settlements, and regulatory reporting. Field questions from traders, marketers, risk managers, and middle office while logging incidents and advising the core development team on bug fixes and enhancements. Manage release processes and participate in the first-line support rota, including early shifts for overnight batch resolution and an on-call system for weekend coverage. This on-site role within the London-based CIT Business Support Team requires strong problem-solving skills, SQL and Python proficiency, and deep knowledge of Windows infrastructure.
