Job Summary
Application Support Analyst responsible for protecting and maintaining PITL trading systems (Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony, Planlogic EoS, credit cube and MarketView) and ensuring availability in line with business expectations; runs End of Day processes, implements auditable processes, and drives continuous service improvements. Responsibilities include providing technical and functional support for IT managed applications, logging and managing incidents through to resolution, escalating to 3rd line as needed, understanding service levels and availability (SLAs), managing releases and changes with proper documentation and rollback plans, developing production support infrastructure and processes, maintaining clear documentation for resolving key software issues, overseeing end-of-day application processes, entering approved master data when required, and supporting failover to disaster recovery. Skills and knowledge include a degree or equivalent qualification (preferred) and understanding of ETRM systems (ideally Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony and/or Planlogic EoS), core trading processes, and the ability to work in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver against expectations.
