Job Summary
Application Support Analyst in Brampton, ON (Hybrid — 4 days in office, 1 day remote). Responsible for L2/L3 support across CRM, ERP (Dynamics 365 BC), WMS, and related systems; perform root-cause analysis, write SQL to remediate data, build Power BI insights, and assist business analysts with BA deliverables. Key duties include triage and resolution of incidents, data fixes via SQL, monitoring jobs and integrations, coordinating with vendors, designing and maintaining Power BI datasets/reports, writing T-SQL and DAX, publishing reports, and supporting UAT and documentation. Requires 3+ years in relevant roles, strong SQL, Power BI proficiency, ERP/CRM familiarity, ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and effective communication. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in an application support, production support, or business systems analyst role
- Strong SQL skills
- Power BI experience
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Familiarity with ITSM tooling and ITIL processes
- Clear written and verbal communication
