Job Summary

Application Support Analyst responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of SaaS and COTS applications within the Insurance domain. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents, coordinate cross-team efforts (including development teams and external vendors), oversee day-to-day operations of various applications, monitor performance and apply updates/patches, maintain documentation and knowledge bases, and conduct user training. Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, and ensure efficient operations across Finance, Underwriting Operations, Claims, Actuarial, Risk, and People teams. Requires ITIL/ITSM proficiency, experience with Windows-based technologies (T-SQL, HTML), familiarity with Microsoft Entra, and strong stakeholder communication skills. Required Qualifications

  • Experience with ITIL frameworks
  • Experience with ITSM processes (incident and problem management)
  • Proficiency in T-SQL
  • Understanding of HTML
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (identity and access management)
  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting applications on Windows servers
  • Prior Insurance domain knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
