Job Summary
Application Support Analyst I provides client-centric technical support for moderately complex application issues across cloud and on-prem environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues, guiding hardware/software configurations, gathering detailed information for effective resolution, escalating when needed, maintaining proactive communication with clients, assisting with report customization, and contributing to after-hours on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; 2-to-4-year college degree preferred. Pertinent experience can be substituted for a degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong understanding of MS Windows Desktop and Server operating systems along with TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS and DHCP.
