Job Summary
Application Support Analyst to join Innovative Systems’ London, UK office as part of the Software Support team for 24/7 coverage. Responsibilities include analyzing, investigating, and troubleshooting software and system functionality, creating SQL scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to knowledge-base content and training materials. Requirements include a degree in IT/CS/science or related STEM field with a minimum 2:2, strong SQL skills, analytic and problem-solving abilities, excellent English communication, and willingness to be on call after hours. No visa sponsorship is provided. This role is based in London with the EMEA scope and involves on-site work in the office with potential for cross-team collaboration and growth into professional services or other areas.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or Systems, Computer Science, mathematics, science, or related STEM concentrations. Minimum 2:2 is required.
- Experience with SQL databases and SQL programming language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English proficiency at a native or business level
- Willingness to be on call after hours in customer support rotation (very minimal)
