Application Support Analyst, D365 F&O

Job Summary
As an Application Support Analyst, you will support the stability and daily operation of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and integrated retail systems by monitoring system health, resolving incidents, and ensuring data integrity across core retail ERP modules. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application and integration issues, addressing support tickets, managing user roles within D365 F&O, and participating in release management activities. Key skills required are strong ERP knowledge, SQL proficiency, and experience with Data Management Framework in D365 F&O.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum University or College diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience required
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining applications and Integrations
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
- Hands-on experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including data entities, import/export projects, and recurring integrations
- Strong understanding of batch job processing, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and managing job dependencies
- Experience working with LCS (Lifecycle Services) for environment monitoring and issue tracking
- Familiarity with incident and problem management processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting core ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Store operations
- Experience supporting integrations between ERP and E-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and other 3rd party applications
- Experience with Salesforce applications is nice to have
