Job Summary
Maintain critical banking applications and infrastructure and resolve complex issues to keep services running smoothly. Develop and optimize the service/support model, perform preventative maintenance, and utilise monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues. Maintain a knowledge base of resolved cases for self-service and onboarding. Analyze system logs and user reports to determine root causes and implement fixes or configuration changes. Drive automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, business continuity, and effective incident, problem, and change management with stakeholders. Lead and coordinate technical activities, guide team members, and contribute to risk and control frameworks. Location-based responsibilities include working from the Whippany, NJ office.
