Job Summary
Application Support Analyst role providing Tier 2 support for enterprise applications used by Bachman’s staff across departments. Responsibilities include setup, maintenance, upgrades, break/fix and capacity planning; collaborate with IS and department leaders on digital channels; document processes and workflows; conduct performance monitoring and testing; train users on company software; and support projects requiring IS involvement. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years Tier 1 and 3–5 years Tier 2 enterprise application support, experience documenting requirements and workflows, ITIL knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration, POS/RMS experience, Confluence/Slack/SharePoint familiarity, SQL Server and Windows proficiency, and BI/reporting experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday business hours with occasional on-call weekends; Bachman’s is an equal opportunities employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two to four years of Tier 1 and three to five years of Tier 2 enterprise level application support
- Three to five years’ experience in documenting functional requirements, workflows and solutions using a structured methodology
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Ability to collaborate with numerous technologies and business teams across multiple locations
- Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems and RMS
- Working Knowledge of Confluence, Slack and SharePoint
- Proficient with PC operating systems, Windows Servers, and SQL Servers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Business Intelligence & Reporting Systems
