Job Summary
Application Specialist, Visma Sign in Finland (short-term). The role blends multichannel customer support (chat, phone, email) with contributing to support materials, processes, and customer service improvements. You will assist customers in Finland, Sweden and Norway, participate in AI-enabled service development, and collaborate with product development teams. Requires experience in multichannel customer service and software/digital service support, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish or other languages are a plus). The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a choice of Helsinki or Lappeenranta as a workspace and remote work options, a salary in the 2800-3000 EUR/month range (to be discussed), and a fixed-term contract through mid-2027 with mentorship and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in multichannel customer support (chat, email, phone)
- Experience in software or digital service support roles
- Appropriate educational background
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Genuine interest in SaaS business and technology
- Excellent Finnish and English language skills
- Desirable: Swedish or other languages
- Interest in AI, technology, integrations and API interfaces
- Sales mindset or previous sales experience (desirable)
