Job Summary
Plan and execute transformation projects migrating SAP HCM On-Premise to cloud solutions, including concepting, implementing, and continuously evolving SAP-HCM or SuccessFactors environments. Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support by analyzing system disruptions, implementing optimizations, and advising functional departments on SAP-HR application usage. Conduct user training and maintain documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to introduce new technologies and processes. Ensure continuous administration and optimization of the productive SAP-HR system landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld (PA, OM, PT, PY) oder in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, C4C, P&G, S&D)
- Erfahrung in Transformations- und Migrationsprojekten, insbesondere im Umfeld SAP HCM On-Premise und Cloud-Lösungen (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Customizing sowie Verständnis der SAP-HR-Prozesse
- Erfahrung im Application Support (2nd/3rd Level) und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
