Job Summary
Application Specialist- PAS role focusing on healthcare PAS and TrakCare in the UK. Responsible for applying product knowledge to contract and implement InterSystems PAS/Revenue Cycle Management solutions, acting as a subject matter expert, advising customers on best-fit solutions, and ensuring deployments align with standard ISC product lines. Key activities include discovering processes, proposing and validating solutions, configuring customer sites, creating validation scripts, delivering training and workshops, supporting go-lives, and coordinating with product teams to resolve issues. Must have healthcare PAS experience in UK hospitals, strong communication skills with clinicians and stakeholders, and willingness to travel up to five days per week to customer sites. Education: university degree (science/engineering or clinical) and English proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare and a good understanding of PAS processes in the UK
- Deep understanding of PAS rules and workflows within private and public hospitals in the UK
- Experience interacting directly with customers (including clinicians) and delivering compelling messaging
- Experience with business process mapping and writing functional documents
- Willingness to visit customer sites and travel up to five days per week
- Excellent communication and consultative skills; ability to conduct trainings, workshops, and presentations
- Experience contributing to multi-disciplinary teams and managing documentation
