Job Summary
Coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts while planning high-level demos of Inorganic PL in agreement with Sales, Product, and Business leaders. Assist Sales Professionals in assessing customer needs, differentiating the PKI value proposition, handling objections, and closing deals. Perform product and applications training on ICPMS/MS, ICPMS, ICPOES, AAS, MDS, and Speciation for sales teams and third-party agents. Troubleshoot applications and instrument challenges to enhance customer experience and provide technical support to local sales professionals. Monitor market trends and competitive activity to maintain domain expertise. Requires a Master's in Science with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in of PerkinElmer's ICPMS/MS, ICPMS, ICPOES, AAS, MDS & its operating software
- Masters in Science degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
