Job Summary
Deliver day-to-day activities for the TCLE implementation team by configuring systems, performing testing, troubleshooting issues, and supporting stakeholder collaboration. Manage data integrity and compliance while providing user training and process improvement across multiple sites. Log hours against project cost codes using internal systems like JIRA and Workday to support project delivery functions. This 9-month full-time contract requires proficiency in MS Office, strong English language skills, and an understanding of LIMS functionality, with domain knowledge in laboratory workflows being a significant asset.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
- Strong understanding of LIMS functionality, interfaces, and configuration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
- Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experiences
- Collaborative team mindset
- Flexible demeanour in an ever-changing work environment
- An awareness of project and solution delivery
- Persuasive and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Domain Knowledge of laboratory workflows, with experience in specific areas like blood sciences, microbiology and Cell Pathology
- A familiarity with the healthcare systems and implementation processes
- Exposure to or experience using AI tools
