Job Summary
As an Application Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include leading end-user meetings to assess application needs, documenting requirements throughout the system life cycle, and confirming application settings for data management. You will research software updates, communicate new features, and provide training based on user feedback. Troubleshooting end-user issues, collaborating with IS and hospital departments for application design, and maintaining departmental policies are key tasks. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience maintaining applications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent technical training course resulting in a computer science degree plus three years of experience in computer programming
