Application Specialist (Field Service Engineer) – Industrial Coating Systems

Job Summary
Provide technical support, training, system commissioning, and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region. Conduct equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes. Install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations while delivering training to operators and maintenance teams. Build strong customer relationships and support sales by identifying opportunities for spare parts and upgrades. Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation and CRM records. This role requires approximately 80% travel across Europe and North America.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical qualification or electrician certification
- 3+ years of technical experience (or equivalent technical background)
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Travel across the EMEA region (approximately 80%)
