Job Summary
Provide technical support, training, and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region. Conduct equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations. Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams while building strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor. Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for spare parts and upgrades, then plan visits efficiently to maintain accurate service documentation and CRM records. Requires approximately 80% travel across the region with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical qualification or electrician certification
- 3+ years of technical experience (or equivalent technical background)
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Travel across the EMEA region (approximately 80%)
