Job Summary
Deliver training and application support for Elekta's radiotherapy treatment and planning solutions, both remotely and on-site. Support customers through implementation, go-live, and optimization activities while building strong relationships and driving satisfaction. Evaluate training effectiveness to support continuous learning and adoption. Act as a trusted clinical and technical advisor, sharing customer insights to enhance product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product Management to support business needs. Assist with customer engagement activities such as conferences and exhibitions, and help develop training materials. This field-based role involves regular travel to customer sites, with up to 70% domestic and international travel required. Based in Crawley, Sweden or Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Therapeutic Radiography, Healthcare Science (Radiotherapy Physics), Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a radiotherapy environment
- Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows, including 3D and IMRT/VMAT treatment planning
- Experience delivering clinical or software training
- Knowledge of treatment planning systems
- Fluent English
- Strong organisational and digital skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 70%)
Desired Qualifications
- Monaco experience
- Experience within healthcare or medical technology
- Additional European language skills
