Job Summary
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements, design custom solutions, and maintain existing implementations for optimal performance. Manage integrations between CRM and other systems while developing Canvas and model-driven applications within the Power Platform ecosystem. Implement AI Builder capabilities and advanced analytics to enhance business processes, creating technical documentation for all projects. This role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, with a focus on functional and technical implementation. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, supported by a portfolio of case studies.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: 3+ years of hands-on experience with functional and technical implementation
- Power Platform: Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
- Development: Experience with customization and development within Microsoft ecosystem
- Integration: Strong background in system integration methodologies and tools
- Database Management: Understanding of data modeling and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Project management and stakeholder communication skills
