Job Summary
Ensure seamless integration of Diasorin diagnostic systems into customer workflows through initial training, ongoing support, and process development. Support the sales team by presenting concepts, conducting equipment demonstrations, and managing complaints via CallsEvo. Perform non-instrument troubleshooting for assay deviations, QC/calibration issues, and reagent observations while monitoring competition and evaluating market opportunities. Document all visits and activities in CRM systems and participate in trade shows, internal training, and meetings, including weekend coverage when necessary. Requires fluent Czech and English, extensive travel, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship in the medical technology field (e.g. Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analysis) or comparable educational background
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in operating medical laboratory diagnostic equipment/automated systems
- Experience in immunology (ELISA, CLIA technology)
- Experience in molecular diagnostics
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication skills in both internal and external interactions, openness, a cooperative work style, ability to work in a team, and receptiveness to feedback)
- Confident and persuasive demeanor
- Independent thinking and action with a strong ability to self-organize
- Successful project and quality management experience
- Good technical understanding
- High sense of responsibility
- Proficiency with PCs and MS 365
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken Czech
- Advanced basic proficiency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays outside the assigned service area
- Valid driver's license
- Individuals hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work
- Subject to a background check and drug screening where permitted by law
