Application Solutions Architect

Design and implement technology solutions in partnership with business leaders, serving as the internal technical SME for our integration toolset. Engage across the organization to translate goals into proposals with timelines, costs, and risk tradeoffs; directly implement automations, integrations, and workflow solutions using JavaScript, AWS/Azure functions, Power Automate, SQL, LLMs, and Flowgear. Maintain a deep understanding of Leo's architecture, including integration patterns, cloud services, Salesforce, and workflow automation. Partner with system administrators to scope change requests and determine vendor versus in-house development. Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, resiliency, scalability, disaster recovery, and compliance standards. Oversee subcontracted developers as platform complexity grows and support team members through knowledge sharing; thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams. Requirements include end-to-end solution design with ERP integrations, engagement with executive stakeholders, agile delivery, deployment pipelines and version control, and an accredited degree preferably in computer science.
