Job Summary
Senior ITSM/Application Service Management role leading L2/L3 support for enterprise applications on Azure, owning incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive measures, handling P1/P2 incidents and customer escalations, collaborating with development teams for code fixes and enhancements, monitoring and troubleshooting Azure-deployed apps, mentoring team members, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving continuous service improvement. Requires exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, ITIL processes, and strong backend skills in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, microservices, MS SQL Server; frontend expertise in React.js; Azure expertise (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, monitoring); familiarity with Azure monitoring tools; and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
