Application Security Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of application security engineers and penetration testers, guide daily project activities, manage the application security program, oversee SAST/DAST/CI/CD security testing and penetration testing, and provide risk governance insights to senior management. Focus on building a security testing strategy, improving security operations, and collaborating with development teams to address vulnerabilities in line with OWASP Top 10 and enterprise policies. Emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of secure outcomes across the application portfolio, including cloud and network security considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering, and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in application development.
- Preferred certifications OSCE3, OSCE, OSCP, OSWE, CCSAS, CCT, CRT, GXPN, CISSP or CSSLP or similar certification.
- 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
- 8-13 years direct experience in enterprise-level applications security.
- Experience with cloud-based application architectures
