Job Summary
Generate new leads and expand market opportunities by engaging clients, providing product training, and supporting project specifications. Manage key Water Treatment and Chemical Process accounts while executing growth strategies and collaborating with the inside sales team on pre- and post-sales activities. Acquire new customers from OEMs, EPCs, and end-users in the industrial and public sectors, offering project and sales tracking for these markets. Support existing sales teams with customer-facing application knowledge and assist product management in identifying gaps and assembling business cases. Increase brand awareness of the industrial product range in non-ME markets while managing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel extensively, including East Malaysia, to support these initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industry/Automation/Process)
- professional qualification in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience of sales & technical knowledge in industrial applications
- primarily water treatment and chemical processes
- Clear understanding of overall sales cycles especially project based
- Ability to manage several project at the same time
- Able to read technical drawing/design
- Able to work independently and in fast paced environment
- Team player
- Able to travel extensively inclusive of East Malaysia
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industry/Automation/Process) or related fields
- professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantage
