Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI within the full software development lifecycle. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while developing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure and supporting data-driven development with Databricks and Unity Catalog. Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and high availability through code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to infrastructure design. Collaborate with Agile and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software, mentor colleagues, and share technical expertise. Work on modern cloud-native applications in an enterprise-scale environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development and application programming
- Strong expertise in Python development and FastAPI framework
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Experience working with Databricks and Unity Catalog
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline implementation
- Experience maintaining code quality through reviews, testing, and development best practices
- Knowledge of application infrastructure, architecture, and design patterns
- Experience building and supporting high-availability applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and share technical expertise
- Ability to design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Ability to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Ability to develop and integrate APIs using FastAPI and Python
- Ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps environments
