Job Summary
Monitor ION and other internal applications, investigate and resolve production incidents, and analyze logs to escalate complex issues. Communicate status updates, maintain incident documentation, and support traders through approved channels. Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and regional teams while following releases, changes, and start-of-day checks. Adhere to all security, compliance, and operational procedures. This role ensures the stability and availability of credit-desk applications for traders. The position requires experience supporting fixed-income or credit trading applications, proficiency in log analysis tools, and strong stakeholder management skills within a time-sensitive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting fixed-income or credit trading applications
- Knowledge of trading-desk operations, RFQ lifecycles, and post-trade processes
- Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Proficiency in log analysis and log-scraping tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment
- Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)
