Application Product Manager - AI System Transformations

Job Summary
Build and ship purpose-built, flexible solutions spanning the full enterprise modernization journey by leveraging Celonis's cutting-edge Process Intelligence platform and frontier AI tools. Move fluidly between customer discovery, prototyping, and production to discover pain points, build deployable applications, and iterate rapidly with users. Drive the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling solutions across the customer base while partnering with platform teams, GTM, and engineers to influence underlying capabilities. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are adopted and scale effectively within ambiguous, fast-paced environments focused on shipping working products rather than perfect specs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product engineer, technical product manager, founding/forward-deployed engineer, functional consultant or comparable hybrid builder role
- A track record of building coherent product offerings, not just isolated features
- Technical and tech-savvy: comfortable in data (SQL, PQL, Python, MCP, Agents), able to prototype and build, and quick to pick up new tools and platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge in SAP system composition (functional and/or SAP base)
- Demonstrated knowledge of what it means to modernize applications and whole enterprise system landscapes
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture (system landscapes, capabilities, integrations)
- Thrives in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset. Self-directed, biased toward action, and able to make progress without a fully defined roadmap
- Excellent communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- German is a plus
- Preferrably, demonstrated knowledge in SAP system composition (functional and/or SAP base)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture (system landscapes, capabilities, integrations) is a plus
