Job Summary
Build and ship purpose-built, flexible solutions spanning the full enterprise modernization journey by leveraging Celonis's cutting-edge Process Intelligence Graph to compose coherent, deployable AI-driven applications. Work hands-on with frontier AI development tools to prototype, wire data, and iterate directly with customers who discover pain points and drive adoption. Move fluidly between discovery, prototyping, and production to accelerate how you build and enrich solutions, while partnering with platform engineers and GTM teams to influence underlying capabilities. Drive the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to scaling across the customer base, ensuring what you build actually gets adopted in complex system transformation landscapes like SAP migrations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product engineer, technical product manager, founding/forward-deployed engineer, functional consultant or comparable hybrid builder role
- A track record of building coherent product offerings, not just isolated features
- Technical and tech-savvy: comfortable in data (SQL, PQL, Python, MCP, Agents), able to prototype and build, and quick to pick up new tools and platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge in SAP system composition (functional and/or SAP base)
- Demonstrated knowledge of what it means to modernize applications and whole enterprise system landscapes
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture (system landscapes, capabilities, integrations)
- Thrives in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset. Self-directed, biased toward action, and able to make progress without a fully defined roadmap
- Excellent communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- German is a plus
- Preferrably, demonstrated knowledge in SAP system composition (functional and/or SAP base)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture (system landscapes, capabilities, integrations) is a plus
