Job Summary
Coordinate undergraduate and graduate admission applications by entering, reviewing, and verifying applicant data in the Student Information System (Banner) and CRM (Slate). Manage high-volume document processing during peak cycles, including outbound communications, deposit reconciliation, and exception report resolution to ensure data integrity and compliance. Support specialized populations such as dual credit and nursing applicants while providing operational coverage for key processing functions. Maintain working knowledge of admission workflows and adhere to FERPA regulations and institutional confidentiality standards. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet admission deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree
- 3 or more years of related office experience
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform the functions of the position proficiently
- Must clear and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance
- Valid driver's license
- Motor vehicle liability insurance
- Personal injury insurance
- Self-reliant source of transportation to conduct business on a daily basis
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with financial systems (Banner)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Argos)
- Familiarity with document management solutions (BDM)
- Familiarity with Slate CRM or similar programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
