Job Summary
Manage the full application life cycle, including packaging requirements, upgrades, fresh installations, and customization for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 10 environments. Deploy applications using EXE, MSI, and MST files via tools like Microsoft Intune and MS App Store, while validating errors and maintaining version control. Execute UAT sessions with customers, create test environments, and document defects, logs, and known error databases. Develop standard operating procedures, maintain incident and change records, and generate MIS reports aligned with ITIL incident and problem management processes.
Required Qualifications
- BE, BCA / MCA, MSc with Computer Science
- MCSE / MCP in Respective technologies listed below
- 05 + years in reputed IT organization with user base of 10000 to 30000+
- At-lease deployed more than 500 applications in complex end user computing environment
- Application Packaging and Deployment

- In-detail knowledge on Windows 10 client OS

- Sound understanding on windows 10 32bit / 64bit internals like windows management interface
- Application deployment methods, tools and knowledge on tools and technology

- Understanding difference between FAT client and V-Disks
