Application Manager - Wallet Infrastructure

Job Summary
Own the day-to-day running of Crypto Finance's wallet infrastructure, ensuring availability, stability, and performance in production. Act as the second-line owner for production incidents, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating releases across engineering and QA teams. Support institutional clients through integration, troubleshooting, and conformance testing certification before go-live. Configure platform settings, manage tickets and backlogs, and drive continuous improvements to reliability and scalability. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly while adhering to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements including DORA. Maintain comprehensive platform documentation and knowledge bases.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operating or managing production-grade financial technology platforms within financial services
- Working knowledge of blockchain technology, transaction workflows, and wallet infrastructure setups
- Proven experience in production incident management and root cause analysis
- Experience coordinating releases and change management across technical and vendor teams
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system connectivity (REST, WebSocket)
- Proficiency with ticketing and backlog management tools (Jira preferred)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial markets (e.g., DORA)
- Right to work in Switzerland (are in possession of a Swiss work permit or are EU/EFTA citizens)
