Job Summary
Senior Application Manager (VP) leading Securities Finance software initiatives. Responsible for end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable applications using ReactJS, Spring Boot/Java, and SQL on AWS. Manages application developers and analysts across geographies, provides hands-on coding and coaching, collaborates with multiple stakeholders to understand data sources and processes, and guides the Agile SDLC, including Scrum practices, CI/CD, and test automation. Builds and maintains SME-level expertise in technical and functional domains, advocates for innovative tools and practices, and aligns technology with business goals. Strong focus on architectural design, data dependencies, and delivering robust solutions in a financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10-15 years of experience in computer science or equivalent
