Job Summary
Provides oversight and management of day-to-day processing, maintenance, access and administration of Digital Agency (DA) EHR system, ensuring consistency in application of policies and regulatory compliance. Engages with staff at all levels via email, calls, and meetings to troubleshoot and resolve account creations, terminations, attendance issues and documentation updates in DA; monitors IT ticketing system and ensures timely resolution. Develops and delivers training, learning modules, user guides, how-to videos, and conducts in-person/virtual trainings; collaborates with Knowledge to develop mandatory trainings. Leads system-related projects, coordinates upgrades and integrations with vendors, creates roadmaps for enhancements, conducts testing, and communicates changes to staff. Ensures accuracy of data in the EHR and billing/tracking, and maintains documentation for compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Requires Manhattan office presence at least three days per week and occasional travel to other YAI locations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to support end users with system issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline; and Five (5) years of experience in an IT technical support, application administration, business analyst or related role including experience with project management duties relating to workflow optimization or enhancement, implementation and testing and providing support and education to end users, including troubleshooting system issues; and Satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience, including professional certification in project management and/or experience with electronic health record systems in the I/DD field.
