Application Manager - Business Systems
$7,872–$14,616 year
HybridCairo, Cairo, Egypt or Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary
Administer and maintain Archer's core business applications, with primary ownership of NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM), managing users, roles, permissions, and access reviews. Configure custom fields, records, workflows, and approval routings while handling release management by testing changes in sandbox and promoting them to production. Serve as the first point of escalation for application issues, triaging, troubleshooting, and documenting tickets to ensure data integrity through routine audits and validation. Gather requirements from Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to translate them into system enhancements, support integrations between applications, and build reports that provide accurate team metrics. Maintain configuration documentation, process maps, and runbooks to support internal control, audit, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
- 2–3 years of experience administering, configuring, or implementing business applications — ERP, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms
- Working knowledge of core business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, or lead-to-cash
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a structured approach to problem solving
- Comfort with data: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to read and write basic SQL or platform query syntax
- Clear written and spoken communication in English, including the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset — you follow issues through to resolution rather than handing them off
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or NetSuite Administrator certification) and/or HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, HubSpot certifications)
- Exposure to integration tooling or REST/SOAP APIs, and basic scripting (JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticketing tools (Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
- Experience working in a global company with distributed teams and multiple time zones
