Job Summary
Resolve complex support cases independently through direct customer communication and manage delivery and support for our software and telematics products. Handle support tickets autonomously, including problem analysis and resolution, while overseeing telematics hardware configuration and troubleshooting using components like Teltonika. Leverage expertise in MySQL, Linux/Unix, AWS, and networking to deliver efficient solutions. Lead a small team and translate complex technical concepts clearly in German and English. Join our flat-structure team to actively shape IoT and fleet management projects.
