Job Summary
Design, implement, and manage continual improvements to the IT Development and Support process within an Agile environment. Develop web applications using Java 8, Spring, Spring MVC, and Oracle, while troubleshooting issues hosted in Tomcat and monitoring the application. Coordinate with offshore teams for hands-on oversight and handle client-facing support activities including ticket management, service requests, SLA management, and major incident management. Manage on-call support and utilize JIRA, Bitbucket, TeamCity, and Octopus tools. Requires 5+ years of application development or support experience with a Java background and strong IT management skills.
