Application-/IT-Supporter:in (Prepress) (m/w/d)

Support users with technical issues and disruptions around Heidelberg Prinect by analyzing Windows and Mac systems in heterogeneous networks. Systematically troubleshoot problems involving domains, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, permissions, and updates to determine whether the root cause lies in Prinect, the OS, or the network environment. Resolve cases independently or collaborate with Prinect, Prepress, and IT specialists, documenting findings to support the team. While you bring existing IT support experience and print house knowledge, we will train you on Prinect.
