Job Summary
Request customer flights and accommodation for in-house trainings. Review customer meal reimbursements and report monthly Key Performance Indicators. Assist the Applications Trainer with administrative tasks, including managing certificates and completing reports, work orders, and project tasks on CLM. Attend in-house training sessions to build knowledge of all Elekta Software products. This role supports the training manager in delivering precision radiotherapy education to healthcare providers globally.
Required Qualifications
- Currently an undergraduate in Physics or Medical Physics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers effectively (via phone or face-to-face)
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity/proficiency with Outlook
- Familiarity/proficiency with Word
- Familiarity/proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity/proficiency with PowerPoint

- Spanish language
