Job Summary
Configure, customize, and develop integrations using platforms, APIs, and web services to ensure data consistency and reliability across the organization. Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and third-party vendors to scope data transfers, test solutions, and troubleshoot complex integration issues. Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing while working with cross-functional teams to maintain integrations across multiple systems. This role supports a global platform used by millions of end users in over 100 countries, offering a hybrid working model and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or a relevant vocational qualification, or a couple of years of relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, such as Java, C++, and/or .NET
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols and standards such as SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) or OAuth, along with the ability to integrate applications with SSO solutions
- Experience working with integration technologies, APIs, web services, and messaging protocols (e.g. SOAP, REST)
- Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV
