Job Summary
Application Integration & Development Developer responsible for delivering end-to-end features across .NET services/APIs, Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate), Power BI dashboards, and Databricks data pipelines. Designs secure integrations within reference architecture, applies DevSecOps practices, and ensures production support readiness. Key duties include building .NET services with authentication/authorization, modeling Dataverse data, creating Power BI semantic models with RLS, developing Databricks ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating apps/data sources via APIs and connectors, and creating runbooks and monitoring hooks. Emphasizes customer-focused delivery, secure coding, systems thinking, and collaboration; mentors entry-level developers and contributes to standards. Tools include NET/C#, REST/JSON, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Databricks, Delta Lake, and OutSystems; familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience delivering applications and integrations using .NET and SQL
- Hands-on Power Apps/Power Automate development; Dataverse security roles and environments exposure
- Power BI data modeling and intermediate DAX; experience building reusable datasets or dataflows
- Databricks or Spark SQL experience; ability to build reliable pipelines and manage job failures
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and source control workflows
