Application, Infrastructure & Service Management -Senior Associate

Onboard applications to production management with highest standards, troubleshoot priority incidents, and facilitate blameless post-mortems to ensure permanent closure. Perform analytics on incident patterns and usage data to predict issues and drive proactive actions. Build and drive adoption for self-healing and resiliency patterns while participating in performance tests to identify bottlenecks and capacity demands. Engage with the development team throughout the software lifecycle to ensure reliability and scale, designing automated upgrades and release management solutions. Participate in 24x7 support coverage as needed.
