Job Summary
Apply post-well evaluation to drive real-time drilling improvements by translating findings into actionable recommendations; collaborate with customers, operations staff, and field teams to support product application and decision-making; assist with bit design requirements and gain exposure to drilling performance metrics and related software tools; analyze drilling data, performance metrics, and parameters to identify improvement opportunities; prepare reports and customer-facing documentation summarizing evaluations and recommendations; participate in developmental programs to accelerate technical learning and product expertise; and position for advancement into senior applications or design-focused roles.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in STEM or Business-related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers, operations, and field teams
- Ability to perform data analysis and interpret drilling performance information
- Technical and engineering fundamentals with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to learn and apply technical software tools used in evaluation and design
- Interest in drilling or oilfield operations and willingness to work cross-functionally
- Learning agility and ability to synthesize operational data into recommendations
