Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver scalable model engineering solutions, define and execute the technical strategy across research- and production-focused efforts, oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle, and design cloud-native architectures using AWS serverless and microservices. Collaborate with data engineering and machine learning teams to bring solutions into production and ensure high-quality, reliable systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- at least three years of development experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Graduate degree preferred
- Strong background in data engineering and machine learning
- Hands-on development experience
- Experience in software lifecycle development
- Serverless architecture and microservices familiarity
- Python proficiency with Pandas
- AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and EventBridge
- Familiarity with advanced mathematical concepts
- Demonstrated leadership experience
