Application Engineering (m/f/d) - Dynamic Suspension Solutions

Job Summary
Define product and service requirements based on customer input and dynamic suspension applications. Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders, while offering support for quality incidents and performance issues. Clarify technical questions, recommend improvements, and ensure proper documentation regarding product performance through data collection and analysis. Support innovation by providing market and customer feedback, and lead customer-specific projects in close collaboration with all stakeholders. Apply product engineering tools to provide input for improvements and maintain close collaboration with other Business Areas and Central Functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline
- Minimum of three years' experience in R&D, application engineering, and/or sales engineering
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in railway OE and aftermarket industry is preferred
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of relevant applications, including industry-specific requirements, is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
